Excellent service!! Carlos was very thorough on explaining the conditions of my 17 year old AC unit, and provided the information of the services that it might require soon. I noticed that after he cleaned it, the cold air is flowing better. He is very professional and knowledgeable on what he does. He provided information on how to go about buying a new unit since mine is hanging by a thread (not literally). Although I didn’t get very good news, I feel at ease knowing that I can call him and he will be able to help me whenever I do need to replace my AC unit.
