Carlos is a Master Heat Pump Technician and NATE certified professional whose passion for HVAC runs deep. With years of expertise and a genuine dedication to helping families feel safe and comfortable in their homes, Carlos excels at diagnosing and solving heating and cooling challenges with precision, care, and integrity.
Known for his exceptional customer service, Carlos takes the time to listen, educate, and ensure every client feels confident in the solutions he provides. His commitment to quality workmanship and his love for the trade make him a trusted technician in the community and a cornerstone of our team.
Outside of work, Carlos is a devoted husband and father of five. He enjoys trying out the latest smoked rib technique, tackling home projects, and spending quality time with his family. His strong work ethic, skill, and heart for people shine in everything he does.
Nicole Mercado
Owner / Office Manager
Nicole serves as the office manager and relationship builder for Canilu Air, where she combines her love for helping people with her gift for keeping things running smoothly. As the wife of Carlos and mother of five, Nicole brings warmth, patience, and strong family values into every part of the business.
She has a passion for connecting with others, offering excellent customer service, and supporting both the team and the families they serve. Nicole loves working side-by-side with her husband in a trade that brings comfort to homes across the community.
In her spare time, she enjoys crosswords, reading, learning piano, and playing Pickleball. Her heart for people and her commitment to family make her a cherished member of the Canilu Air family.
Jessica Mercado
Administrative Assistant
Jessica is a proud wife and mom of two whose warmth and kindness shine through in everything she does. As part of our HVAC and plumbing family, she brings a friendly smile, excellent customer service, and a strong attention to detail that helps every client feel cared for.
With a background in medical administration, Jessica carries over her compassion, organization, and ability to support people during stressful moments – qualities that make her a perfect fit for our team.
When she’s not working, Jessica loves spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and doing her nails as a creative outlet. Her heart for people and dedication to her work make her a blessing to our company and the customers we serve.
Javier Gonzalez
Maintenance Technician
Javier joined the trades right out of high school and has quickly become a valued maintenance technician on the Canilu Air team. Known for his exceptional customer service, Javier has a natural ability to connect with clients and make every visit a positive experience.
Outside of work, he enjoys drawing, lifting weights, writing, and playing video games. His discipline, creativity, and friendly personality make him an outstanding asset to our company.
