We do not charge a service call, but rather a diagnostic fee. Once an issue has been diagnosed, we will present you with an estimate for the recommended repair(s). If you choose to proceed with the repair then we will waive the diagnostic fee.
As a family-owned business, we felt it necessary to incorporate those values into the name of our company. While many have mistaken "Canilu" for being a Spanish word...it is actually a creative moniker combining the names of CArlos, NIcole, and LUcia (our oldest daughter).
