It’s always a pleasure working with Carlos very professional
I would highly recommend Canilu Air for plumbing issues. I reached out to them to check on a hot water issue for my parents and from start to finish, we had a pleasant experience. The receptionist was so kind and helpful in getting us scheduled and the technician fixed the problem promptly. They will definitely be my first choice if a need arises in the future.
From the initial quote to the final installation a pleasant experience; would highly recommend to anyone needing new HVAC system or service.

I’ve had them come out to two different houses and each time they tested everything carefully, found the problem, and corrected it!
Yesterday Javier came by, we just had a tenant move out and they’d brought and then removed their own thermostat, he helped rewire the thermostat which was the primary goal. In addition to that helped find and fix two airflow issues: the coil (which he cleaned), and the air filter which was so full of dust it was meaningfully impacting performance. At the end we were just charged for a service call, I think it was like $85~.

Carlos is very kind: the only reason to give him such a low rating is because the work he did did not work, I pay for a new air handler machine, which he guarantee for five years, and his work for two but does not work as it should, cooling only one degree almost per hour, the machine works non-stop, and my electricity bill almost doubled, as did my anxiety every time I called him, comes to check, but he does nothing about it, I have had to stop using even TV to save energy because my bill is so expensive before he put this new unit in, my air worked normally until it start throwing away the gas, and so he advice to change it for a new one but does not work properly, but he does not want to lose his money, not his job, which I understand, but it is worse for me: I lost even my peace and my tranquility, I have to be hot during the day in order to cool my house at night, so I can sleep a little he no longer responds to my emails or messages anymore before his job my unit could go down to 68-69 in no time now it takes 5 hours to down temperature from 78 to 72°
Tech very personable. Everything seemed to go smooth for the checkup. Always makes me uneasy when things go so well.
Canilu air is very professional. Jessica, receptionist was very nice and addressed my problem very quickly and had a tech out to my residence in a couple of hours. My air conditioning was out and temp was rising to 85 degrees. Javier my tech was very conscientious and resolved our problem with unit very rapidly. Great guy too. I would recommend this company highly!
Thank you for cleaning out dryer vents. Javier was a good guy and made sure everything was clean before leaving. Our clothes are drying much quicker now.
